Cancellation Policy
50% of service is required for any no-shows and cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled appointments.
15 minutes or later to any appointment may result in needing to reschedule. If you are running late, please notify by texting (407) 720-7491.
If Teryn is running late, you will be notified as early as possible.
For haircut adjustments please text (407) 720-7491 with in 72 hours after your haircut to schedule an adjustment appointment free of charge.
